1. Robot welding can be divided into spot welding, arc welding, projection welding, and laser welding. Although arc welding equipment generally generates low heat, the equipment itself comes with a small air-cooled chiller for spot welding. Convex welding and laser welding generate a large amount of heat, requiring high cooling of the welding tongs. High temperatures can easily lead to virtual welding, and the welding strength cannot meet the requirements. If the temperature is too high, the host will alarm and automatically shut down, so an additional chiller is needed.
